How to Request a Return or Exchange
Refunds
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.
The product must be inspected and approved by Infinite Hair Pro before any refund or replacement is issued.
Defects do not include damage caused by improper handling, installation, maintenance, chemical processing, or normal wear and tear.
For hygiene and quality control reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
Clip-In Extensions
Ponytails
Any promotional, clearance, or discounted items (unless defective)
Exchanges
All products are eligible for exchange within 15 days of purchase.
Items must meet the same conditions as returns: unused, uninstalled, unaltered, and in original packaging.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, store credit may be offered.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective.
For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final once the product has been opened, used, or installed.

All professional hair extension methods are eligible for return within 7 days of the delivery or purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, products must be:
Unused, uninstalled, and unaltered
In their original packaging
With all seals, labels, and tags intact
Any product that has been worn, installed, brushed, washed, colored, cut, or altered in any way is not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
