1. Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges on unopened and unused hair extensions within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
Extensions must be unopened, unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging.
The security seal must be intact.
If a tester piece is included, it must not be dyed, cut, or altered in any way.
Due to hygiene standards, opened or tampered extensions cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Final Sale Items
The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange:
Discounted styling tools
Clip-in bangs
Clip & wrap ponytails
Braided hairbands
Wigs
Haircare products
3. How do I start a return or exchange?
Please contact us first at [your email or contact page] before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Once approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and instructions. Returned items will be inspected before a refund or exchange is issued.
4. Who covers the shipping cost for returns or exchanges?

We recommend using a shipping service with tracking, as Infinite Hair Pro is not responsible for lost or misrouted returns.
